Beautiful views from our spacious room were a highlight. Limited parking made check-in difficult. Breakfast had the best eggs Benedict. Staff were friendly.

The warm, inviting atmosphere made me feel at home, and the stunning views of the harbor were simply magical. The beautiful decor combined with the quaint charm of the area created a delightful experience.
More accessible bathroom facilities would be appreciated.

The room had a stunning view of Portree Harbour, which I loved. The bed felt really comfy. I got a free parking spot right outside the hotel. Reception staff greeted me warmly, making me feel welcome. Breakfast was decent, lots to choose from. The room did have some issues with humidity since the bathroom lacked a window. Creaky floorboards made it hard to avoid hearing the neighbors. Temperature control needed improvement. room felt humid until I opened the bedroom window. The decor was charming but a bit old. All in all, it had plenty of character, which I appreciated, but some updates could make it better.

We had a lovely stay with amazing dinners that blew us away and comfy beds that made it hard to get up! The sun terrace was perfect for sipping coffee while soaking up the sun, and it was great having a beautiful view to enjoy. The room was a bit older and the heater wasn't the best, but it didn’t ruin our great time. 😊

Absolutely loved the stunning views over the harbour from our room! 🌊 the bathroom could use some deep cleaning as it felt a bit neglected.

Room with a view? Not quite!
We stayed for 2 nights and the room was a letdown. Big stains on the carpet and a broken window made it super uncomfortable. The view was obstructed, so we had to keep the curtains shut. Breakfast was so-so, but the staff was helpful. Just wished the heating worked better. not worth the price!

Recommend for a short layover
Comfortable room, efficient shower, with a spacious twin room that easily accommodated two walkers and their giant rucksacks while enjoying excellent breakfast options, including arguably the best eggs Benedict ever.
Nothing could have been better.

The large double room had a beautiful sea view and the bed was comfortable, complemented by a pleasant atmosphere. However, the carpet was stained, the heating was ineffective, and the broken window ruined any privacy. Despite efforts to resolve our issues, management was unresponsive, and the experience left much to be desired.

a charming base near attractions and beautiful harbor views
I loved being just a short walk of around 100 meters from the picturesque Portree Harbour where I could enjoy stunning views, and it was fantastic that I could step out and grab a delicious meal at well plaid family restaurant within a few minutes. it's perfect for travelers who enjoy city walks and parks, but the creaky floorboards sometimes let in a bit of noise from neighboring rooms.
